• Q：From your personal point of view, Ms. Kakizawa, what kind of place is the tourist information center?

  A： It's like a “stage”! We are like producers helping visitors to create their perfect trip. I believe the information center is an ideal setting for this. Also like a “stage,” we treat each of the excited, happy travelers to Japan as if we were the cheerful staff at an amusement park, needing to play different roles. For example, when someone loses something, I become a detective and try to gather hints to solve the mystery. This is one of our various roles as “producers” of bespoke travel plans. For this kind of service, the information center is the place to go.
